The villain is once again trying to cause mayhem in this little city, but fortunately Perry is already aware of his evil plan and won't let him take all the fish with his Suction Vortex. His owner, however, is nearby and he must be careful to not call her attention while saving the day.

Left/Right- Move Phineas and make the sub Tilt Down and Up. Up - Tell Ferb to release gas for and extra speed boost. Down - Drop Perry to the lake bed to grab a Sponge. Down again to drop the sponge into the vortex.
